ABLe Communications will make available
equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3
years after the product is discontinued.
Cable
Plant Warranty
ABLe Communications, Inc. will warrant and guarantee all workmanship and
materials (the system), which it has furnished and installed, for a period of
one (1) years from the date of substantial project completion.
This warranty does not include coverage for any materials supplied by a GSC
entity or others, or for any damage or loss due to misuse, abuse or acts of God.
The GSC entity's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty will be ABLe
Communications, Inc. obligation to repair, at it's discretion, the defective
product or workmanship.
Under no circumstances will ABLe Communiactions, Inc. be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but
no limited to, damage for lost data, time, profits, revenues, or the like,
incurred or suffered by the GSC entity or any third party, arising from losses
of use or interruption of the system.
This warranty becomes null and void in the event that any alterations to, or
adjustments of, the system are performed by anyone other than ABLe
Communications, Inc. personnel.

Warranties and Returns
Products are warranteed by the Manufacturer for the end user only. We do not
provide any warranty beyond the Manufacturers guarantee. Products requiring
repair should be sent to the Manufacturers Warranty location. ABLe will exchange
one for one products that have an initial failure (DOA out of box) within 30
days of invoice.
Return procedures
Contact ABLe Communications at (888) 296-5291 to obtain a Return Authorization
(RA). When requesting an RA, please have a complete problem description, the
invoice number and date. Return items must be complete, with all packaging,
accessories and manuals encolsed.
NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RETURNED AS DEFFECTIVE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
Ship returns properly packaged (not just in product box) with the RA# plainly
visible on the outside of the carton with a copy of the invoice attached. Any
returns without an authorized RA will be refused. Upon receipt of the defective
item ABLe will promptly ship you your replacement item.
